¶1Suit for amount due on forfeited bail bond. On agreement of settlement evidenced by a stipulation entered into *625by the parties and on a report of a commissioner recommending judgment in the agreed amount, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered in the amount of $1,500.
