““It necessarily requires an interval of time to move from one place of residence to another. In view of this fact, and to carry out and give effect to the policy of the law in allowing one homestead to be exchanged for another, and to giving the claimant all the homestead rights in the new one that he had in the old, a reasonable time must be allowed to accomplish the change of residence.
