¶1concurring: The language in this opinion sweeps far too broadly for me. I now feel N.H. Const, pt. I, art. 15 requires more than merely the physical presence of a defense witness in a courtroom. However, in this case the testimony desired is from a codefendant and for that reason only I concur in the result.
