¶1 dissenting. In my opinion there is insufficient evidence to determine the period of time reasonably necessary for the repair of the vehicle. In that respect, the plaintiff testified that the garage “took about a week to get the parts in,” and that as to actual repair work, he received the car on December 13 “and I think they started to work a week or eight days perhaps before that.”
