Per Curiam.

¶1The judges are equally divided on the question of the appellant’s liability, but all agree that, conceding liability, the verdict is grossly excessive. If a re-mittitur of all in excess of three hundred dollars be entered, the judgment of the court below will be affirmed; otherwise, it will be reversed and remanded.

¶2Affirmed conditionally.
