Judgment for Alma G · Decided 1921-11-04

¶1

On Rehearing
The petition is dismissed, as it fails to show prejudicial error, and the stay ordered is revoked.

¶2MR. CHIEF JUSTICE GARY and MR. JUSTICES WATTS and FRASER concur. *480

¶3I do not see how it is possible to resist the conclusion that the leading opinion completely ignores the eighth exception and favor a rehearing.
