¶2I cannot join in affirming this case on the basis of the majority opinions in United States v. Whiting, 12 M.J. 253 (C.M.A.1982), and in United States v. Morris, 12 M.J. 262 (C.M.A.1982). Nevertheless, I conclude that exigent circumstances existed in this case which rendered the search both reasonable and lawful. See United States v. Whiting, supra(Fletcher, J., dissenting).
