¶1By his one assignment of error, the plaintiff contends that the court failed to declare and explain the law arising on the evidence as required by G.S. 1A-1, Rule 51 (a). We have carefully examined the court’s instructions to the jury, and find that the court fully, fairly, and adequately declared and explained the law arising on the evidence as presented at the trial. The assignment of error is without merit.
¶2No error.
