¶1_A.Ssoon as the order for judgment was set aside in tbit ease, the defendant’s counsel moved for leave to enter up judgment of non pros, which was refused,
¶2A motion was submitted to reverse that order.— ’ But (here was nothing to support a judgment. The defendant had entered no appearance, neither had he filed n plea. This motion must also be dismissed.
