¶1(concurring). I am not joining in the concurring opinion herein by Mr. Justice Currie and Mr. Justice Fairchild for the reason that what is there stated is not necessary for the determination of this case. However, I agree with much of what has been stated therein and feel that the time has come when the question of assumption of risk should be re-examined by this court. However, before giving a final expression to my views of the matter I prefer to wait until the issue is squarely presented in a case and is fully argued on both sides.
