¶1Judgment of the Municipal Cour.t reversed and new trial ordered, costs-to - abide the event,- on the ground .that the plaintiffs got purchasers, and a contract ■ was signed; that the" parties arranged to meet and make.a more formal written contract did not "alter the .rights of the. plaintiffs.
