¶1— Appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Rotker, J.), dated January 18, 1985, which granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss the indictment.
¶2Order reversed, on the law, motion denied, indictment reinstated, and matter remitted to Criminal Term for further proceedings.
¶3We find the evidence before the Grand Jury to have been legally sufficient to support the indictment. Lazer, J. P., Brown, Weinstein and Niehoff, JJ., concur.
