KRUEGER, Judge.

¶1Conviction is for burglary; punishment assessed is confinement in the state penitentiary for a term of three years.

¶2The record is before us without a statement of facts or bill of exceptions. No defect in the indictment has been perceived or pointed out and procedural matters appear to be in good • order. Consequently, no question is presented for review.

¶3The judgment is affirmed.
