¶1The court treats the appellant Vincent L. Meeks’ notice of appeal from the trial court’s August 8, 2012, “Order Denying Defendant’s petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus,” as a petition for belated appeal. The court grants the petition for belated appeal and affirms the August 8 order.
¶2Under the same notice of appeal, Meeks also appeals from the trial court’s October 26, 2012, order imposing sanctions. We affirm the October 26 order as well.
