¶1Drunkenness in a public place is the offense ; penalty assessed at a fine of $45.
¶2Appellant entered a plea of guilty to the offense charged in the complaint and information, both of which appear regular and properly presented. The record is before this court without statement of facts or bills of exception.
¶3No error has been perceived or pointed out.
¶4The judgment is affirmed.
