Ocltree v. Phillips

U.S. Courts of Appeals

Decided March 7, 2005

U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2005-03-07

Applies 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Rights Act of 1871 / Section 1983 (Ku Klux Klan Act))

Decided 2005-03-07

PER CURIAM:

¶1Timothy Ocltree appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. See Ocltree v. Phillips, No. CA-03-306-5-H (E.D.N.C. Sept. 16, 2004). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
