¶2Memorandum.
¶3Order affirmed, without costs.
¶4The proof at the hearing substantiated the conclusion of the court that landlords were not aware of the alleged mental condition of the tenant prior to her eviction. Moreover, tenant failed to set forth a sufficient showing of a meritorious defense so as to warrant the granting of her motion.
