¶1Upon consideration of the joint stipulation of counsel for the respective parties, it is
¶2Ordered that the appeal in this cause commenced by notice of appeal filed in the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County, Florida, on May 13, 1960, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
