¶1Government contract. On an offer of settlement by the plaintiff, accepted by the Attorney General, and on a stipulation by the parties, under Section 6 of the Lucas Act, 60 Stat. 902, the Court of Claims, sitting as a court of equity, determined that the plaintiff was equitably entitled to the sum of $8,396.25 in full settlement of its claims and it was ordered that the Department of the Air Force settle said claims, in accordance with the findings of the court, for $8,396.25.
