¶1We concur. It is difficult to understand the failure of the trial judge to award damages; however, this court is bound by his finding.
¶2A petition for a rehearing was denied June 17, 1954, and appellant’s petition for a hearing by the Supreme Court was denied July 28, 1954. Carter, J., and Traynor, J., were of the opinion that the petition should be granted.
