¶1ORDER
¶2Upon consideration of David A. Bran-ham’s unopposed motion to voluntarily dismiss his appeal of the decision in Branham *309v. Pnncipi, 01-1871 (Vet.App. Oct. 14, 2004),
¶3IT IS ORDERED THAT:
¶4(1) The motion is granted.
¶5(2) Each side shall bear its own costs.
¶6 Branham asks for the return of his filing fee. However, the fee is nonrefundable.
