¶1Upon consideration of the joint stipulation of counsel for the respective parties, it is
¶2Ordered that the appeal in this cause commenced by notice of appeal filed in the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, on September 13, 1960, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
