¶1Upon consideration of the joint notice of dismissal filed in the above styled cause by counsel for the respective parties, it is
¶2Ordered that the appeal in this cause commenced by notice of interlocutory appeal filed in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, on July 6, 1960, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
