¶1Upon consideration of the joint stipulation of counsel for the respective parties filed in the above styled cause, it is
¶2Ordered that the appeal in this cause commenced by notice of appeal filed in the Circuit Court for Lake County, Florida, on September 23, 1960, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
