¶1Upon consideration of the notice of dismissal filed in the above styled cause by counsel for appellant, it is
¶2Ordered that the appeal in this cause commenced by notice of appeal filed in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, on June 24, 1960, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
