¶1*488 ON MOTION FOR REHEARING.
¶2 Appellant filed a vigorous motion in which he complains, probably with some degree of reason, at some matters which are not in the record before us, which he thinks hurtfully affected his rights. We can not go outside of the record to consider extraneous matters. We have gone over the facts in the light of appellant’s motion, but are of opinion same sufficiently supported the verdict and judgment.
¶3 The motion for rehearing is overruled.
¶4 Overruled.
