¶1Suit for salary. In accordance with the decision in Simon v. United States, 113 C. Cls. 182, and upon a stipulation by the parties agreeing to settlement and consenting to judgment for the plaintiff, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered for $1,380.
