¶1This Court’s order of December 2, 2010, is hereby vacated. The appellee’s motion for rehearing is granted on the authority of State v. Cable, 51 So.3d 434 (Fla. 2010). The order granting the appellee’s motion to suppress is affirmed also on the authority of Cable.
