¶1ON CONFESSION OF ERROR
¶2Based on the State’s proper confession of error and our own independent review of the record, we reverse the trial court’s order withholding adjudication of delinquency and final disposition and remand for entry of a judgment of dismissal.
¶3Reversed and remanded.
