¶1dissents in a memorandum as follows: I dissent and would affirm.
¶2The trial court properly presented the matter to the jury. No objection was raised until after the jury had been discharged, and even then only in general terms. The matter, therefore, has not been preserved for review. (People v Alfaro, 66 NY2d 985; People v Satloff, 56 NY2d 745.)
