¶1Hamilton App. No. C-890513. This cause came on for further consideration upon the filing of a motion to continue the execution date for Clarence Carter.
¶2Upon consideration of Carter’s motion to continue the execution date set for Tuesday, April 12, 2011, it is ordered by the court that the motion is denied.
