¶1We affirm the judgments and sentences in this case without prejudice to Miguel A. Serrano’s right to file a timely motion for postconviction relief. Any claim alleging ineffective assistance of counsel based on the fact that his attorney also represented his codefendant in a separate trial shall not be regarded as duplicative of issues raised in this direct appeal.
