¶1 concurring.
¶2 I concur in the judgment. While I believe that Gilliam is no longer good law after Williamson, in spite of the fact that the Ohio Supreme Court simply ducked the issue in Tucker, it seems to me that the statement here was sufficiently against penal interest to be admissible in any event.
