¶1In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 16, 1960, denying their motion, pursuant to section 181 of the Civil Practice Act and rule 156 of the Rules of Civil Practice, to dismiss the complaint for lack of diligent prosecution. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Beldoek, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Pette, JJ., concur.
