¶1Application pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act, to compel respondent, a Justice of the Supreme Court, to vacate his dismissal of a writ of habeas corpus and to sustain the writ. Application denied. The relief which petitioner seeks is not available under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act (see Civ. Prae. Act, § 1285). Nolan, P.
