¶1Order entered on February 10, 1961, denying defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and granting plaintiff’s motion for an order enjoining the defendant from voting his shares of capital stock of Dial Press, Inc., in favor of increasing the capitalization of said corporation, unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondent.
