¶1ORDER OF DISMISSAL
¶2On July 21, 2014, we issued an Order for Status Report directing the parties to submit a report on “the status of the situation that is the basis of this proceeding within thirty days of the date of this Order.” We stated further that if neither party filed a status report, the appeal would be dismissed.
¶3Neither party filed a status report within thirty days of our July 2014 Order. Therefore,
¶4IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this appeal is dismissed.
