Daniel, J.

¶1concurred generally in the opinion of Moncure, J; but was inclined to think that the power to provide for the annuities vested the executors with the legal title; and therefore if the ground taken by him was not sound, still their conveyance would be valid.

¶2Judgment affirmed.
