PARKER, Judge.

¶1Where judgment has been given for the defendant in a criminal action, an appeal may be taken by the State only in those instances specified in G.S. 15-179. State v. Vaughan, 268 N.C. 105, 150 S.E. 2d 31. The present case is not one of them.

¶2Appeal dismissed.
