¶1The offense is the possession of intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of one year.
¶2No questions are presented for review, save the action of the court in overruling the motion for new trial. There are no bills of exceptions in the record. The evidence is sufficient to support the verdict.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
