¶1The offense is the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of-one year.
¶2A plea of guilty was entered. The evidence heard is not before this court. No complaint is made in the rulings of the court, nor has any fault been found in the procedure.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
