¶1This case presents the same questions involved in the case of Maggiore vs. Lochbaum, No. 6705 of our docket, this day decided.
¶2For the reasons therein assigned, it is therefore ordered that the judgment appealed from be reversed, that the plea of prescription be overruled, and the case remanded to the trial Court to be proceeded with according to law.
¶3Reversed and remanded.
