<bold>[1] Insurance — Construction of Policy — General Rules.</bold> In general, plain language of an insurance policy should be given its ordinary meaning, but doubtful or ambiguous language should be construed against the insurer and in favor of the insured. <bold>[2] Insurance — Maintenance or Use of Automobile.</bold> "Maintenance" of an automobile does not mean the same as "use" of an automobile when such terms appear in the insuring provision or an exclusionary clause of an insurance policy. An automobile is used when it is driven or employed in some other useful manner, while maintenance means repairing or keeping the automobile in good condition.
