¶1Suit for salary; veteran separated in violation of provisions of Veterans’ Preference Act. Plaintiff entitled to recover (128 C. Cls. 693).
¶2On a stipulation signed by the parties showing the amount due in accordance with the opinion of the court, judgment was entered for the plaintiff in the sum of $25,000.
