¶2 Seeing no clear miscarriage of justice in the appellant’s conviction, I would exercise the utmost caution and decline to invoke the plain error doctrine. See State v. Underwood (1983), 3 Ohio St.3d 12, 3 OBR 360, 444 N.E.2d 1332, cited by the majority. Thus, I dissent.
