¶2On a stipulation by the parties, agreeing to settlement and consenting to judgment, on the basis of the decisions in Wittner v. United States, 110 C. Cls. 231, Garcia v. United States, 123 C. Cls. 722, and Blackmer v. United States, 128 C. Cls. 693, judgment for the plaintiff was entered for $6,619.50.
