¶1dissents.

¶2|,I respectfully dissent from the discipline ordered. Jurisprudence involving similar misconduct indicates that an appro*51priate sanction in this matter ranges from a three-year suspension to disbarment. Thus, I would order briefing to determine whether the sanction recommended by the disciplinary board is appropriate in this case.
