¶1Petitioner is granted a belated appeal of the order denying motion for postconviction relief rendered on January 31, 2012, in Santa Rosa County Circuit Court ease numbers 2008-578-CFA, 2008-728-CFA, 2008-792-CFA, and 2008-996-CFA. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be provided to the clerk of the circuit court for treatment as the notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(6)(D).
