MORROW, Presiding Judge.

¶2The record has been re*519viewed in the light of the apellant’s motion for rehearing as well as the statutory provisions governing the subject in hand as they appear in the opinion ordering an affirmance of the judgment. Our re-examination of the matter leaves us of the opinion that the case was properly disposed of upon the original hearing. The motion for rehearing is therefore overruled.
