¶1Upon consideration of the stipulation of counsel for the respective parties, it is
¶2Ordered that the appeal in this cause commenced by notice of appeal filed in the County Judge’s Court for Indian River County, Florida, on May 11, 1961, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
